I have helped my clients overcome anxiety, depression, grief & loss, relationship breakdown, stress, anger management, sleeping issues, post natal depression, suicidal thoughts, past trauma.

I take a client-centred approach to counselling, allowing you to explore your issues at your own pace. Sessions are completely confidential & we work together to find unique ways to overcome whatever difficulties you might be facing.

I currently have a waiting list of approximately 4-6 weeks for face to face sessions, however can offer some weekday daytime sessions online.

Typically, clients see me at the same time each week.I recommend a minimum of 8-10 sessions at £45 per session. The number of 50 minute sessions you may need will vary, but I recommend a minimum of 6-8 sessions. Discounts are available for students & over 65's & for block bookings of 8 or more sessions.I also offer online sessions via Zoom. Please note that online sessions are booked in blocks of 4 sessions, payable in advance.Prospective clients will receive an initial free 15 minute introductory phone call to assess your needs.
